Ordering and Confirmation

• Mandatory Confirmation: All orders must be formally confirmed through a phone call or message before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders will not be shipped.
• Order Cancellation: Orders with incorrect, incomplete, or suspicious details may be cancelled without prior notice.
• Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or issues with delivery information.

Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.
• Customers are required to pay the exact due amount at the time of receiving the parcel from the courier rider.
• Abuse of COD: Repeated refusal of COD parcels or failure to receive orders without a valid reason will result in permanently blocking the customer from placing any future orders on our website.

Pricing and Product Information

• Prices, fabric details, and product descriptions on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
• While we try our best to maintain 100% accuracy, technical errors or misprints may occur. In such rare cases, Safyrah reserves the right to correct the error or cancel the affected order.

Delivery & Delays

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, weather conditions, or courier transit routes.
• Safyrah shall not be held responsible or liable for any delays caused by courier company operations or external factors beyond our control.

Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide an accurate name, complete shipping address, and an active contact number to ensure smooth delivery.
• If a parcel is returned to our facility due to incorrect customer information or non-availability, the customer will be charged fresh delivery fees for reshipping.

Intellectual Property Rights

• All original designs, product images, brand logos, custom descriptions, and overall website content belong exclusively to Safyrah.
• You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, or using our visual and written content for any commercial purpose without our explicit written permission.

Governing Law

• These terms and any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchases made from Safyrah shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
