At Safyrah, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and with the utmost care. Every order is checked, packed carefully, and shipped from within Pakistan.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Once confirmed and packed, your parcel is handed over to our trusted courier partners.

Delivery Timeline

• Major Cities: Deliveries usually take 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.
• Other Areas: May take 3 to 5 working days depending on the location and courier routes.
• Note: Exceptional delays may occur due to extreme weather, road conditions, or courier workloads. We appreciate your patience.

Order Confirmation (Mandatory)

• All orders must be confirmed via phone call or message before dispatch.
• Safyrah reserves the right to cancel or hold any unconfirmed orders. Unconfirmed orders will not be shipped.

Charges & Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please keep the exact order amount ready at the time of delivery to ensure a smooth handover.
• Delivery charges vary based on your city. The final delivery fee will be clearly visible at the checkout page before you confirm your order.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your parcel is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you via SMS or Email so you can follow your order’s progress until it reaches your doorstep.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

• Please ensure you provide a complete, clear, and accurate delivery address along with an active mobile number.
• Parcels returned to our facility due to an incorrect address, fake details, or continuous non-availability of the customer will require reshipping, and fresh delivery charges will apply.
