Eligibility for Return or Exchange
A return or exchange request is accepted only if
the product received is damaged
the product has a manufacturing fault
the product is incorrect compared to what you ordered

Conditions
The product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was delivered.
You must notify us within twenty four hours of receiving the parcel.
The product must be returned in original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds.
Once the complaint is verified, we offer either
an exchange for the same product
or store credit that you can use for future purchases

After verification, we will guide you on how to send the product back.
Courier charges may apply depending on the situation.

Non Returnable Items
Items damaged due to use, mishandling, or washing cannot be returned.
Products purchased during clearance sales or final sale promotions cannot be returned or exchanged.
